Hospitality Businesses Using Pour Regular
Pour Regular is a multi-tenant platform used by independent hospitality businesses.
A participating business may use Pour Regular to manage its own customers, memberships, rewards, and related records. That business may have its own privacy obligations and policies regarding how it uses customer information.
Pour Regular uses technical safeguards designed to keep one business's customer data separate from another business's data.
Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, but only as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
These providers may include:
Stripe
Stripe may process payment information, customer contact information, subscription information, and transaction-related data for membership billing and payment processing.
Pour Regular does not store full payment-card numbers or card-security codes.
Hosting and infrastructure providers
Service providers may host the website, application backend, database, backups, or other infrastructure needed to operate Pour Regular.
We require service providers to handle information in accordance with their contractual and legal obligations.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Pour Regular, participating businesses, users, or others
- Investigate fraud, security incidents, or misuse of the service
- Enforce applicable agreements or policies
Data Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
These measures include authentication controls, tenant-level data separation, encrypted network communications, and restricted access to production systems.
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and operate the service
- Maintain customer and membership records
- Fulfill contractual obligations
- Maintain accounting and transaction records
- Prevent fraud and security abuse
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
Some records may need to be retained after an app account is deleted where retention is required for accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, contractual, or legal purposes.
Where appropriate, identifying information may be removed or anonymized while records that must be retained are preserved.
Account Deletion
Users of apps that support account creation can initiate account deletion from within the app.
For the 720 Lounge app, the Delete Account option is available in the Account section under Account Settings.
When an app account is deleted:
- The user's app authentication access is disabled
- Push tokens associated with the account are deactivated
- Personal information that is not required to be retained is deleted or anonymized
- Access-code information associated with the app account is removed
- Certain transaction, membership, redemption, billing, or accounting records may be retained where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes
Deleting a Pour Regular app account does not necessarily cancel a separate real-world membership or billing relationship with a participating hospitality business. Membership cancellation may need to be handled separately with the business.
Apple requires account-creation apps to allow users to initiate deletion of the account and associated data that is not legally required to be retained. Apple Developer
